  We were first time home buyers who had spent significant time looking for a property without any success prior to meeting with Lauren. She was incredibly professional, diligent and methodical in her search. Not only was she excellent in finding properties both on and off the market, she was kind and understanding in guiding us through the process. Lauren took a holistic approach in helping us find a house, getting to know us along the way, and she seemed to know what worked for us before we did! We would highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking to buy a property in the Sydney market!

Our brief wasn't straightforward, and we were looking to achieve a specific purchasing goal in a strong seller's market. We settled on a strategy designed to take our target property off the market within the first week and to forestall the scheduled auction. Tina advised on, communicated, and implemented the strategy promptly and professionally (and best of all, successfully), securing the property we loved while also being fair and transparent to the vendors.   Leased a property from Ben O'Brien, he was friendly and attentive throughout the entire process. Rose & Jones provides a personal service being a boutique firm, unlike large agencies who never call you back or see rather unprofessional.
